Kaizen Tip No. 6: Keep the line height at the same level

Before:
The car has to go down and up, down and up. The driver can see only to the next hill, he must often use brakes, his speed is not stable. The risk of accident is high. And the risk of car defect is higher as we ver often use breakes and gearbox.

After:
A driver in this car can see many miles ahead. He keep the stable speed, no need to use brakes or gearbox.

Idea:
Keep you production line at the same height. You will reduce risk of product damage, no need to use additional force to lift up you product when passing it to the next process. Very simple handling, flow is smooth.
