Kaizen Tip No. 3: Set your line to follow the process flow
Before:
In order to prepare your meal, a cooker has to prepare meat, then move to prepare
veghetables, ten move back to prepare potatoes, cheese. Sometimes poor cooker forget to
add cheese or vegetables as complicated cooking processs flow.

After:
After many complaints from guests, they decided to change layout to follow the
flow. Now it is easy for all cookers to prepare the meal and they never forget to add
anythning. No complaints from guests, simple job for cookers,easy to explain to temporary
assistants.

Idea:
We should set the production line to follow process flow. It will be simple for
operators, visitors or customers to understand the process. Operators will not have chance
to forget pass your product through any particular process.
